90 Days of Accountability: Day 5

Feeling soooooo good right now....Everyday it gets better and better....

I did one hard hour of tennis......(I got beat though, but it was worth the effort)

Took ALL vits.  Doubled up on the iron and vit d again.  I figure that I will do it for a week and see what happens.

40oz of water and still with that damn ice....

Food intake:

B-2 pieces of wheat toast and coffee with protien
L-Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat
S-graham crackers
D-2 pieces of baked chicken and a green salad

Job well done.

Didn't get any exercise in but will do that today. No protein drink.

B- none
L- a piece of brisket and beans
D- shrimp and sausage creole w/ rice
S- cashews (lightly salted)
40 oz of water.

Protein drink for breakfast and lunch.  Salmon with veggies and rice for dinner. 

I am getting ready to start taking my vitamins right now.

Yesterday I totally fell off the wagon but I'm back on track today.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Good going T!  I did my 5 AM session at the gym and put on some old size 14's....I normally would be ecstatic but I am a fat girl and I fully expected to be in 10's by now, lol.  Well at least I still have time before I have to by brand new clothes right?

B - Protein shake
S - Almonds
L - Sliced avocado, cucumbers and creamy carrot soup
S - soy based yogurt
D - Cabbage and salmon with a small portion of potato salad (can't waste food you know)

Water intake so far - 36 ounces...two more to go

Don't even ask about meds.....

I was just about to BL you!  LOL, apparently one of us conjured up the other.  Girl, thank you. I haven't taken many more pics but I am determined to get healthy and in the process, fione!

I may not be moving as others but I am getting it done. You know I want to punch Dr. You Know Who straight in the eye, right? But that is something for a BL convo. Hit me up on IM or call when u ready to talk. Miss ya, gf.

Glad everyday is getting better for you!

Took vitamins

30 oz water, 15 oz lemonade, 3 oz coffee

Powerwalk for 45 minutes

B - ham biscuit
L - 1/2 burger wrap 2 oz broccoli casserole
S - 1/2 cup Special K protein
D - 3 oz baked chicken, 1oz noodles
S - 3 ginger snaps


If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!
